Return and Refund Policy

Return

You will have 14 days starting from the day you receive your order to change your mind and return us the product(s) in its original condition. All tags must be attached to the products to return them to us. We cannot accept to refund products that have been worn and/or stained.

Don’t send us the package without contacting us beforehand via email at contact@kaseycases.com as we may be unable to process your refund. In your email, kindly provide the following information:

– Reason for the return

– Photos of the products

– Purchase order number

Shipping

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You can choose how you want to send the product back to us, but we recommend choosing a tracked shipping method.

If you can, please use our package to send us back the product(s) as it is reusable.

If you return the package from a country outside the European Union, it is very important to stick the invoice sent by e-mail visible on the package in order to avoid it being held at the customs.

Kindly send us the tracking number if available once you’ve shipped the product.

Refund

Once we receive the package, if it’s in the same conditions as requested, you will receive your refund withing 14 working days, we will inform you by email.

However, if we do not receive the package and do not have any tracking number, unfortunately we won’t be able to refund your order. In order to avoid this problem, we really recommend choosing a tracked shipping method.

Your request for a refund may also be declined if we find that the product(s) is/are not in the same initial conditions (meaning without hangtags, stained, used, etc.)

We inform you that if the parcel was returned to us because you did not wish to pay any duties, taxes or additional costs of the country in which your are located, we will reduce the shipping costs from the total amount of your refund.

Exchange

In order to avoid any mistake regarding the model, please make sure to check phone model.

If you really want to change a product, you will have to return the one you received first, once we checked that it’s in good conditions, we’ll proceed with the exchange. You’ll be responsible of the the shipping costs.
